
2025 Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance Conference

The 2025 ILTCI conference will be taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Fuzion is proud to be a Diamond Level sponsor once again. Duane Anderson, SVP and Chief Technology Officer is speaking on a panel entitled, “Cybersecurity Showdown: Defending the Insurance Ring.” Cybersecurity is a critical issue in the insurance industry. The session will focus on the unique risks insurers face, such as data breaches and ransomware attacks, with strategies to mitigate these threats. Other topics will include ways to guard against these incidents, as well as industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices for protecting customer information and ensuring the security and trust of your clients in an increasingly digital world.
Mary Miller, VP of Human Resources and Organizational Performance, is producing and Julie Peterson, VP of Operations is speaking on a panel entitled, “Securing the Future: Succession Planning and Knowledge Transfer in Insurance.” Focusing on succession planning and knowledge transfer, this discussion will address the challenges of an aging workforce. Panelists will discuss strategies to retain valuable expertise and ensure operational continuity with effective knowledge transfer processes, including mentorship programs, documentation practices, and technology enablement.
