Robert Loren Robinson

President

Bob is responsible for managing Fuzion’s day-to-day company operations and business functions. He chairs the Company’s key governance committees and oversees the implementation of receivership initiatives and day-to-day operations for Fuzion’s insurance company clients. Bob has over 40 years of insurance industry experience, including over 15 years of long-term care insurance experience, and works closely with state regulators. He has extensive experience leading start-up ventures, corporate reorganizations, service improvement initiatives, business ethics programs, and corporate receiverships. Prior to joining Fuzion, Bob served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Rehabilitation Officer, Chief Liquidation Officer, or Chief Operating Officer for several companies including Penn Treaty, Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company, Summit National Life Insurance Company, Charter National Life Insurance Company, and Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and its subsidiaries. He has also held marketing, customer service, and information systems’ positions at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. Bob received his Master of Business Administration from Drexel University, has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Millersville University, and received his project management certification from Rutgers University. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and has held several FINRA licenses. Bob is a member of the Project Management Institute, International Association of Insurance Receivers, and the Turnaround Management Association.

Jane Menin Bagley

General Counsel and Chief Fraud Officer

Jane is a long-term care insurance industry leader and brings extensive experience to Fuzion’s executive team, leading Fuzion’s Legal and SIU departments. With over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Jane is a collaborative leader, uniquely skilled in insurance block management, integrating operations’ teams, and receivership initiatives. Before joining Fuzion, she served as General Counsel and senior executive of several insurance companies, overseeing Legal, Compliance, SIU, and HR areas. Jane received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Temple University School of Law where she also served on the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College where she graduated with degrees in French and education. Jane is active with industry trade groups, including the LTCIF, ILTCI, the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, IAIR, and ICA. Jane also serves on the Advisory Council of the Montgomery County, PA office of Senior Services.

Debbie Maas

Senior Vice President of Communications 
and Client Engagement

Debbie has over 30 years of corporate experience, including 10 years of insurance industry experience. Her areas of expertise include communications, business development, marketing, customer service, project management, and strategic planning. As a member of Fuzion’s senior team, Debbie is skilled at relationship building and working cross-functionally to continue to improve upon services provided to Fuzion’s clients. Prior to her roles at Fuzion, Debbie served as a Director of Marketing and Customer Service at various organizations outside the insurance industry. She enjoys bringing a continuous improvement mindset and a broad perspective from her past experiences to her responsibilities at Fuzion. Debbie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Virginia College of Graduate Studies and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Marshall University. Debbie enjoys supporting various industry groups including ILTCI, LTCIF, ICA, IAIR, and the IMCA.

Julie Peterson

Vice President of Operations

Julie brings over 18 years of experience in the field of insurance claims, including 10 years of long-term care insurance industry experience. She leads a team of insurance professionals skilled in claim reviews, policy interpretation and complex claim matters, TPA oversight, and policyholder communications. Julie’s dedication to optimizing operational processes, enhancing service efficiency, and passion for excellent customer service drive the success of her team and services provided to Fuzion’s clients. Julie attended Huntington University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She holds LTCP and Associate in Claims certifications and is a member of the ICA Life and Long Term Care Committee.

Duane L. Anderson

Chief Technology Officer & Analytics Officer

Duane leads Fuzion’s data analytics, development, security, infrastructure, project management teams, and AI initiatives. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Mindstream Media and has held senior technology leadership positions with Caesars Entertainment, A.T. Kearney, and EDS. Duane is a frequent speaker at IT and industry conferences and has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and named a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Ginger Darrough

Chief Financial Officer 

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance and finance industries, Ginger leads Fuzion’s finance team. As Fuzion’s Chief Financial Officer, she oversees treasury and accounting operations and leads financial planning and reporting. As part of the leadership team that formed Fuzion, Ginger brings a wealth of historical and experiential context to her role. Prior to Fuzion, Ginger served as Senior Vice President, and in other leadership roles, for various insurance companies, a financial company, and a technology company. She also served as Vice President of Statistical Analysis for a small group health insurer, where she successfully led the development of an underwriting tool, marketing tool, and an overpayment application. Ginger earned a Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University.

Mary Miller

Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Performance

Mary brings extensive experience gained from an insurance career spanning over 20 years. She began her career as a call center representative in long-term care insurance. Her experience includes roles in claims, risk management, special investigations, and information technology, all of which have contributed to her success in enhancing organizational and client performance. This diverse background enables her to effectively collaborate with Fuzion’s leadership team and associates culminating in the designation of Fuzion as a Great Place to Work™. Leveraging her extensive experience, Mary has a significant role in managing programs and processes for clients. Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Marion University and is certified as a SHRM-CP, LTCP, HIA, and FLMI. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a credential focused on practical process-improvement methods.
