2026 Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance Conference
March 8-11, 2026
The 2026 ILTCI conference will bring together leaders from across the long-term care industry in Orlando, Florida. Celebrating more than 25 years, the conference has become the largest national gathering focused on long-term care perspectives and trends, and Fuzion is honored to serve as a Diamond Level Sponsor once again.
This year’s theme—Dream…Design…Deliver: Reimagining the Future of LTC—sets the stage for insights across seven different educational tracks. The following Fuzion leaders will be participating in three breakout sessions:
Jane Menin Bagley, General Counsel and Chief Fraud Officer, will guide the interactive session, “Game On: Integrating FWA Programs into the Claims Process – A Chutes and Ladders Experience” that uses the familiar structure of a board game to explore the integration of fraud, waste, and abuse programs into the claims process. Participants will move through real-world scenarios that illustrate both challenges and opportunities, including the role of emerging technologies, digital controls, and human expertise. The session is designed to provide practical strategies and legal perspectives that help organizations navigate an increasingly complex claims landscape.
Debbie Maas, Senior Vice President of Communications and Client Engagement, will lead a session titled, “Reimagining the Call Center: Technology, Talent, and Transformation” focused on the rapid evolution of call centers. As technology reshapes customer expectations, the discussion will examine how AI, self-service tools, and new outsourcing models are transforming support operations. The session will highlight the growing importance of adaptable, tech-savvy talent and explore how automation and global teams are redefining the skills needed for success in today’s call center environment.
Julie Peterson, Vice President of Operations, will direct the session “From Audit to Action: Enhancing Claim Accuracy and Turning Insights into Operational Excellence.” She will join a dynamic panel featuring leaders from direct carriers, TPAs, and reinsurers who will share forward-looking perspectives on effective quality assurance practices and claims process risk management. The discussion will explore how organizations can transform audit findings into meaningful improvements—identifying vulnerabilities, strengthening performance, and paving the way toward operational excellence.
