2026 Long-Term Care International Forum
October 18-20, 2026
Professionals in the long-term care insurance (LTCi) community will gather for the 2026 Long-Term Care International Forum (LTCIF) Annual Conference, to be held from October 18–20 at The DeSoto in Savannah, Georgia. This flagship industry event serves as a specialized, collaborative forum bringing together underwriters, claims administrators, vendors, and operations management across the LTCi market.
Fuzion is proud of and values its continued sponsorship and deep involvement in the LTCIF through extensive leadership support. Highlighting a key session on this year's agenda, Jane Menin Bagley, General Counsel and Chief Fraud Officer, and Stephen Buccola, Associate General Counsel, will join a distinguished panel for “Deposition Bootcamp 2.0.” This interactive session offers a practical, behind-the-scenes look at how underwriting, claims, and SIU files are examined in depositions. Through scripted mini-depositions of key insurance witnesses, the session will highlight how everyday decisions, documentation, and communications become pivotal in litigation. Highly experienced attorneys and professionals will explore preparation, plaintiff and defense strategies, and actionable takeaways.
Jane Menin Bagley continues to play an active leadership role at this year’s LTCIF annual conference. In addition to producing and moderating the “Deposition Bootcamp 2.0” session, Jane helped shape additional programs and continues to support the conference as Vice President and mentor to the current Program Committee leadership. Her involvement reflects a longstanding commitment to practical education, industry collaboration, and advancing thoughtful dialogue, shared learning, and best practices across the long-term care insurance community.
Further demonstrating Fuzion’s dedication to this member-led organization, Stephen Buccola serves as the LTCIF Mentor Program Co-Chair, while Debbie Maas, SVP of Communications and Client Engagement, remains highly involved as Webinar Chair and Conference Site Co-Chair. Additionally, Julie Peterson, VP of Operations, will participate in the conference’s premier educational and networking opportunities.
